Judi Health (fka Capital Rx), a New York, NY-based health tech company providing a comprehensive suite of solutions for employers and health plans, raised $400M led by Wellington Management and General Catalyst, with participation from Generation Investment Management, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, 9Yards Capital, B Capital, Edison Partners, Prime Health Investments, Transformation Capital, and other investors. <source>
Inspiren, a New York, NY-based company that specializes in AI-powered solutions supporting senior living, raised $100M led by Insight Partners, with participation from Avenir, Primary Venture Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Story Ventures, Third Prime, and Studio VC. <source>
Thyme Care, a Nashville, TN-based startup that provides purpose-built tech, data analytics, and virtual patient engagement to enable value-based cancer care, raised $97M led by CVS Health Ventures, Foresite Capital, a16z Bio + Health, Concord Health Partners, Town Hall Ventures, AlleyCorp, and Frist Cressey Ventures, with participation from Morgan Health, Humana, Texas Oncology, and Memorial Hermann Health System. <source>
Sparrow Pharmaceuticals, a Portland, OR-based cardiometabolic therapeutics company, raised $95M co-led by RA Capital Management and Forbion, with participation from OrbiMed, RiverVest, and US Venture Partners. <source>
Assort Health, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a patient experience platform empowered by specialty-specific agentic AI, raised $76M led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Felicis, First Round Capital, Chemistry, A*, Liquid2, and Quiet Capital. <source>
Conceivable Life Sciences, a New York, NY-based developer of the world's first AI-powered automated IVF laboratory, raised $50M led by Advance Venture Partners (AVP), with participation from ARTIS Ventures, Stride, and ACME. <source>
Leo Cancer Care, a West Sussex, UK- and Middleton, WI-based developer of radiotherapy treatment devices, raised $40M led by Catalio Capital Management. <source>
Axon Therapies, a New York, NY-based clinical-stage medical device company, raised $32M led by Earlybird Venture Capital and Santé Ventures, with participation from Deerfield Management, CD Capital, and KOFA Healthcare. <source>
Sunrise Group, a Namur, Belgium-based sleep health technology company, raised $29M led by Eurazeo, with participation from Amazon’s Alexa Fund, WE International, Kurma Partners, Vives Fund, Majycc (an UI Investissement fund), Namur Invest, Seventure Partners, Investsud, Sambrinvest, Noshaq, IMBC, and Invest.BW. <source>
Manas AI, a New York, NY-based AI-native drug discovery and development company, raised $26M from The General Partnership, Wisdom Ventures, Blitzscaling Ventures, Westbound Equity Partners, Mosaic Ventures, and others. <source>
AmplifyMD, a Los Gatos, CA-based provider of an AI-enabled integrated virtual care solution, raised $20M led by Forerunner Ventures, with participation from F-Prime, Greylock, Tau Ventures, and Memorial Hermann Health System. <source>
Daymark Health, a Philadelphia, PA-based cancer care company that provides patients with care navigation, 24/7 support, mental health assistance, symptom management, and social support, raised $20M led by Healthier Capital and Blue Venture Fund, with participation from Yosemite, Maverick Ventures, and Oncology Ventures. <source>
RDS Raises, a Strasbourg, France-based medtech company that specializes in remote patient monitoring, raised €14M ($16.6M) led by SPI fund and Bpifrance, with participation from Critical Path Ventures. <source>
Gelt, a Miami, FL-based AI-native tax firm for physicians and healthcare practices, raised $13M led by Zvi Limon of the Rimon Group, Vintage Investment Partners, and TLV Partners. <source>
Neura Health, a New York, NY-based virtual neurology clinic, raised $11.4M led by The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Venture Fund, with participation from Koch Disruptive Technologies, Pear VC, Norwest Venture Partners, Esplanade Ventures, E12 Ventures, and Correlation Ventures. <source>

Neurocentrx Pharma, an Edinburgh, Scotland, UK-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on mental healthcare, raised over $5M investment from the Wellcome Trust. <source>
Prosper AI, a New York, NY-based developer of a voice AI platform purpose-built for healthcare organizations, raised $5M led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Y Combinator, CRV, and Company Ventures. <source>
