Civic Health Forum: A Health Moonshot for the 99%
Tuesday, June 16, 2026 • 1-7pm ET
Civic Hall • 124 E. 14th Street • New York, NY
What to Expect
Most health innovation still serves those already inside the system. On June 16, we're helping change that.
The inaugural Civic Health Forum brings together investors, AI leaders, payors, providers, government officials, and founders for a half-day convening at Civic Hall in New York City, all organized around one question: How do we keep everyone healthy in the first place?
It's the boldest challenge in healthcare today. We invest billions optimizing sick care while the largest markets in health remain undercapitalized and underserved. As AI rapidly reshapes cost structures, delivery models, and risk assessment, a new generation of Health Transformers has the opportunity to build systems that prevent disease and improve health at population scale.
Co-hosted by The Fedcap Group, Digital Health Hub Foundation, and StartUp Health, the Civic Health Forum is designed to move beyond conversation toward real outcomes. The program combines high-level strategic dialogue with curated founder showcases and structured investor meetings focused on partnerships, contracts, and capital allocation.
Curated innovators will present breakout work across some of the most undercapitalized areas in health, sharing not just their vision but their real-world traction, deployment pathways, and capital needs.
This is what capital-forward health innovation looks like: targeted, accountable, and built around the people who need it most.
The Forum launches Civic Health as a recurring national platform headquartered at Civic Hall, with quarterly assemblies and standing councils on AI and infrastructure, capital, and deployment to follow.
We're building a health innovation ecosystem that works for the other 99%. Join us.

What Is Civic Health?
A healthy society is not one that delivers more healthcare. It is one that needs less healthcare. We invest billions optimizing sick care when we should be focused on something harder and more important: not getting sick in the first place.
Civic Health is a national platform headquartered at Civic Hall in New York City, bringing together capital, AI, and health leaders to focus innovation on preventing illness at scale. Today, investment and technological gains are disproportionately concentrated on high-reimbursement medical services and well-resourced populations, leaving the largest markets in health — the other 99% — undercapitalized and underserved. Civic Health convenes investors, technologists, payors, providers, and policymakers to accelerate scalable solutions for these markets.
Civic Health is led by Fedcap in partnership with the Digital Health Hub Foundation and StartUp Health. Together, we are launching the inaugural Civic Health Forum, establishing Civic Hall as the epicenter for serious conversation and capital deployment around health innovation for the other 99%.
