StartUp Health community member SynchNeuro has received backing from Boomerang Ventures. Using EEG-derived brainwave signals decoded by machine learning, SynchNeuro aims to track blood glucose and cardiometabolic indicators via a discreet wearable placed behind the ear. This seed investment will help speed development of the “Cardiometabolic Advisor” system and bring proactive, needle-free monitoring closer to the mass market. <source>
