StartUp Health community member Pear Suite provides an AI-powered platform and national provider network that equip community health workers (CHWs), community-based organizations (CBOs), and health plans with the tools to close care gaps, improve health outcomes, and unlock sustainable reimbursement. The company intends to use the fresh funds to advance the development of its AI-powered platform, accelerate its provider network growth, and expand its impact through new Medicaid and Medicare health plan contracts.
Long-time StartUp Health community member Pear Suite raised $7.6M for their digital health platform that empowers community health workers (CHWs). The Series A round was led by Rock Health Capital and Nexxus Holdings, with participation from Mucker Capital, Enable Ventures, The SCAN Foundation, Acumen America, Impact Engine, and the California Health Care Foundation. <source>

CoMind, a London, UK-based neurotechnology company developing optical sensing technology for brain monitoring and treatment, raised $60M led by Plural, with participation from Angelini Ventures, Octopus Ventures, LocalGlobe, and other investors. <source>
ExaCare AI, a New York, NY-based developer of automation for operations teams in post-acute care facilities, raised $30M led by Insight Partners, with participation from Foundation Capital, Bienville Capital, and other investors. <source>
Brook.ai, a Seattle, WA-based remote patient care platform provider, raised $28M led by UMass Memorial Health and Morningside. <source>
Counsel Health, a New York, NY-based AI-powered care platform designed to serve as a responsible front door to healthcare, raised $25M led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and GV. <source>
knownwell, a Boston, MA-based obesity medicine and weight-inclusive primary care company, raised $25M by CVS Health Ventures, with participation from MassMutual Catalyst Fund, Intermountain Ventures, a16z Bio + Health, Flare Capital Partners, and other investors. <source>
Sage Care, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of a healthcare navigation management platform, raised $20M led by Yosemite, with participation from General Catalyst, Metrodora, OVTR.VC, SV Angel, Liquid 2, Seven Stars, Refract Ventures, AME Cloud Ventures, and Apollo Ono. <source>
Weave Bio, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of AI-native regulatory automation management solutions for pharmaceutical companies, raised $20M led by USVP, with participation by Innovation Endeavors, Magnetic Ventures, Character, TMV, and Serrado Capital. <source>
Marble Health, a New York, NY-based virtual mental health platform for students, raised $15.5M led by Costanoa, with participation from Town Hall Ventures and Khosla Ventures. <source>
Adaptyx Biosciences, a Menlo Park, CA-based biowearables company developing a platform for continuous, multi-analyte molecular monitoring, raised $14M led by Interlagos Capital, with participation from Overwater Ventures, Starbloom Capital, Stanford University, the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, Hyperlink Ventures, Cantos Ventures, Humba Ventures, and Seaside Ventures. <source>
Petal Surgical, a Redwood City, CA-based incisionless surgical robotic tech startup, raised $10M co-led by K 50 Ventures and TSVC, with participation from Draper’s, ShangBay Capital, Eliot Horowitz, and Dr. Fred Moll. <source>
Fourier Health, a Miami, FL-based clinician-in-the-loop AI platform that streamlines and consolidates patient clinical data into use-case specific summaries to reduce administrative burden, raised $8.4M led by Yosemite, with participation from Innospark Ventures, NextGen Venture Partners and Tau Ventures. <source>
Everbright Health, a San Francisco, CA-based tech-enabled services platform that helps mental health providers deliver advanced interventions as part of everyday care, raised $7M from W Health Ventures and Sanos Capital. <source>
Smartlens, a Sunnyvale, CA-based ophthalmic technology company advancing next-gen glaucoma management devices, raised $5.2M led by Ambit Health Ventures, with participation from Graphene Ventures, Boutique Venture Partners, Harvard Business School Alumni Angels GNY, and a group of eye care providers. <source>
Andel, a New York, NY-based provider of a platform that gives employers an affordable way to include GLP-1s in pharmacy benefits, raised $4.5M from Lightbank, Seedcamp, Bertelsmann Healthcare Investments, Houghton Street Ventures, Springboard, Semper Virens, and Citylight. <source>
Triplemoon, a Dallas, TX-based digital health platform that provides vital mental health services to pediatric patients and their families, raised $3.5M led by Activate Venture Partners and LiveOak Ventures. <source>
Graph AI, a San Francisco, CA-based patient safety and pharmacovigilance startup, raised $3M led by Bessemer Venture Partners. <source>
Nila, a London, UK-based healthcare management startup helping expatriates care for elderly relatives back home, raised £1.8M ($2.4M) led by LocalGlobe, with participation from Redbus Ventures and angel investors. <source>
IO Health Technologies, a Pasadena, CA-based AI-driven compliance and quality platform for home health and hospice providers, raised $2M led by Nina Capital. <source>
