NeuroEM Therapeutics, a Tampa, FL-based StartUp Health community member that is pioneering the use of radio frequencies to treat Alzheimer's disease, has closed initial rounds totaling $1.33M of its $5M Series A led by BlueLake.vc. The funding supports continued progress toward commercialization of the award-winning biotech research company’s Transcranial Electromagnetic Treatment (TEMT-RF) to prevent and treat cognitive decline caused by aging, Alzheimer's, and other neurodegenerative diseases. <source>

Ellipsis Health, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of an AI care manager to support patients with complex physical, behavioral, and social needs, raised $45M led by Salesforce, Khosla Ventures, and CVS Health Ventures, with participation from Mitsui Global Investment, Collier, E12, and AME Cloud Ventures. <source>
Sword Health, a New York, NY-based virtual physical therapy provider in the process of expanding into mental health, raised $40M led by General Catalyst, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Comcast Ventures, Lince Capital, Oxy Capital, Armilar Ventures, Indico, and Shilling. <source>
Autonomize AI, an Austin, TX-based developer of an AI-powered healthcare administration platform, raised $28M led by Valtruis, The Cigna Group Ventures, Tau Ventures, with participation from Asset Management Ventures, ATX Venture Partners, and Capital Factory. <source>
Commons Clinic, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of a next-gen model for integrated prevention and intervention that meets people where they are, raised $26M led by RA Capital, with participation from SteelSky Ventures, Floating Point, Time BioVentures, Courtside Ventures, and physicians from Commons Clinic. <source>
Parallel Bio, a Cambridge, MA-based biotech company combining organoids and AI to create true-to-life models of human biology for drug discovery, raised $21M led by AIX Ventures, with participation from Amplo, Marc Benioff, Metaplanet, Humba Ventures, Atypical Ventures, Undeterred Capital, and Jeff Dean. <source>
Zorro, a New York, NY-based provider of a benefits administration platform, raised $20M led by Entrée Capital, with participation from 10D and Pitango. <source>
Arketa, a Los Angeles, CA-based AI-powered platform for boutique fitness studios to modernize wellness, raised $15M led by Inspired Capital, with participation from First Round, Y Combinator, Amity, and Velvet Sea. <source>
Eli Health, a New York, NY-based developer of an instant hormone monitoring system that delivers results from saliva to mobile app within minutes, raised $12M led by BDC Capital’s Thrive Venture Fund. <source>
Nimbus Health, an Atlanta, GA-based provider that employs novel clinical models, automations, and virtual therapeutic programs to transform outpatient clinics into pulmonary centers of excellence, raised $12M led by 2048 Ventures, with participation from 8VC and K50. <source>
Guidehealth, a Dallas, TX-based AI-enabled value-based care provider for health systems, raised $10M from Emory Healthcare. <source>
Somnee, a Berkeley, CA-based developer of sleep technology using AI-powered neurotech and software, raised $10M led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from TIME Ventures, LEAD VC, the NBA’s Orlando Magic ownership group, Seaside Ventures, Nelstone Ventures, Metalab, and others. <source>
Tombot, a Santa Clarita, CA-based robotics company that makes a robotic puppy to serve as a companion animal for people with dementia and mild cognitive impairment who cannot care for a live animal, raised $6.1M led by Caduceus Capital Partners. <source>
32 Biosciences, a Chicago, IL-based gut microbiome medicine company developing precision diagnostics and therapeutics utilizing AI and ML, raised $6M from undisclosed investors. <source>
Perci Health, a London, UK-based virtual cancer clinic offering multidisciplinary, AI-powered cancer care from prevention through rehabilitation, raised £3M ($4.1M) from Guinness Ventures, Conduit Fund, Octopus Ventures, and 35 oncologists and cancer surgeons. <source>
OrisDX, a Chicago, IL-based precision diagnostics company focused on early oral cancer detection, raised $4M led by Revere Partners, with participation from CareQuest Innovation Partners. <source>
Ryght AI, a Laguna Beach, CA-based provider of real-time generative AI solutions for the clinical research industry, raised $3M led by Foothill Ventures, with participation from AIX Ventures, Virtue Ventures, IASO Ventures, Top Harvest Capital, and Page One Ventures. <source>
RIS Rx, a Newport Beach, CA-based healthtech company providing a platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers’ management of gross-to-net leakage, raised an undisclosed amount from Summit Partners. <source>
