With more than 30 deals reported, this week underscored how hot biotech and health innovation investing has become. From Ortivity’s €200M for outpatient orthopedic care to Treeline’s $200M push in computational drug discovery to Enveda’s $150M AI-powered molecule platform and Galvanize’s $100M for pulsed electric field therapies, innovators worldwide are raising big rounds alongside a wave of emerging startups in diagnostics, compliance, patient engagement, and revenue cycle management.

Ortivity, a Munich, Germany-based healthtech startup focused on the German outpatient orthopedic market, raised €200M ($232M) led by Apheon, with participation from Unigestion. <source>
Treeline Biosciences, a Watertown, MA-based biopharma startup that integrates in-house R&D with leading-edge computational tools to match disease targets with proven drug approaches, raised $200M from undisclosed investors. <source>
Enveda Biosciences, a Boulder, CO-based biotech startup that uses AI-powered tools to identify and characterize molecules produced by living organisms to learn from life’s evolved solutions to address today’s medical needs, raised $150M led by Premji Invest, with participation from Baillie Gifford, Kinnevik, Lingotto Investment Management, Peakline Partners, FPV, Socium Ventures, Dimension, Level Ventures, Henry Kravis, IA Ventures, and Lux Capital. <source>
Galvanize Therapeutics, a Redwood City, CA-based med tech startup advancing pulsed electric field (PEF) therapies for oncology and chronic lung disease, raised $100M led by Sofinnova Partners, with participation from Norwest Venture Partners, Elevage Medical Technologies, Ally Bridge Group, Perceptive Xontogeny Venture Fund, Janus Henderson Investors, Longaeva, Fidelity Management & Research Company, T. Rowe Price, Gilmartin Capital, Intuitive Surgical, and Apple Tree Partners. <source>
Ronovo Surgical, a Shanghai, China-based surgical robotics company, raised $67M led by Johnson & Johnson’s JJDC, with participation from Lilly Asia Ventures, INCE Capital, and Granite Asia. <source>
MRM Health, a Ghent, Belgium-based biotech platform developing microbiome-based products for chronic inflammatory diseases, raised €55M ($64M) led by Biocodex, with participation from ATHOS, BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, SFPIM, Ackermans and van Haaren (AvH), OMX Europe Venture Fund (OMX), Qbic II, and VIB. <source>
Epigenic Therapeutics, a Shanghai, China-based drug development startup designing new gene modulation therapies for a variety of diseases, raised $60M led by Lapam Capital, with participation from Qiming Venture Partners, OrbiMed, IFSC, and other investors. <source>
Mercy BioAnalytics, a Waltham, MA-based startup that specializes in extracellular vesicle-based liquid biopsies for the early detection of cancer, raised $59M led by Novalis and Sozo Ventures, with participation from Perceptive Xontogeny Venture Fund, American Cancer Society, BrightEdge, iSelect Fund, Hologic, Bruker Scientific, Labcorp, and other investors. <source>
Ketryx, a Cambridge, MA-based AI-powered compliance platform helping life sciences companies ship safer products faster, raised $39M led by Transformation Capital, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, MIT’s E14 Fund, Ubiquity Ventures, and 53 Stations. <source>
Octave Bioscience, a Menlo Park, CA-based precision care startup focused on neurodegenerative diseases, raised $35.6M from Byers Capital, Blue Venture Fund, Northpond Ventures, S32, Casdin Capital, Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, Novartis, Valhalla Foundation, Intermountain Ventures, Hikma Ventures, and other investors. <source>
Noctrix Health, a Pleasanton, CA-based developer of medical technologies that improve quality of life for patients with chronic medical conditions, raised $33.5M from Blue Venture Fund, Sandbox Clinical Ventures, and other investors. <source>
Congruence Therapeutics, a Montreal, QC, Canada-based computationally-driven biotech startup using a proprietary platform for building a pipeline of pharmacological correctors for diseases of protein misfolding, raised $32M from by Amplitude Ventures, FSTQ, Lumira, Investissement Quebec, BDC Capital’s Thrive Venture Fund, OrbiMed, Driehaus, Silver Arc, and Alexandria. <source>
Predoc, a New York, NY-based startup that offers an AI-powered platform designed to allow providers to access patients' medical records from anywhere in the U.S., raised $30M led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Northzone, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), and ENIAC Ventures. <source>
Hello Patient, an Austin, TX-based conversational AI platform that handles end-to-end patient conversations across voice, text, and chat, raised $22.5M led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from 8VC, Bling Capital, Max Ventures, Remus Capital, and FirstLook Partners. <source>
Boomerang Medical, a Mountain View, CA-based bioelectronic medical device company developing treatments for autoimmune diseases, raised $20M co-led by Arboretum Ventures and Hatteras Venture Partners. <source>
Flex, a San Francisco, CA-based platform that enables health and wellness brands to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments, raised $15M led by First Round and Core VC, with participation from Cameron Ventures, Rethink Impact, Y Combinator, and Liquid2. <source>
Revalia Bio, a New Haven, CT-based startup that helps companies test new therapies on human organs, raised $14.5 co-led by America’s Frontier Fund and Sierra Ventures, with participation from other investors. <source>
MicrobiotiX, a Seoul, South Korea-based biotech company developing novel bacteriophage-based therapeutics, raised KRW 20B ($14.3M) from undisclosed investors. <source>
Integra Therapeutics, a Barcelona, Spain-based gene writing tools provider, raised €10.7M ($12.6M) from IC Fund, CDTI Innvierte, AdBio, Columbus, Invivo, and Takeda. <source>

Madison Scientific (MadSci), a Chicago, IL-based medtech company developing smart electro-mechanical solutions for patients with neurologic conditions, raised $3M co-led by WARF Ventures and two other investors. <source>
BoobyBiome, a London, UK-based biotechnology company advancing the science of breast milk and the microbiome, raised £2.5M ($2.98M) led by Empirical Ventures, with participation from The Helm, XFactor Ventures, Lavender Ventures, Kayan Ventures, Evenlode Investment, and other investors. <source>
Joint Ai, a Pittsburgh, PA-based provider of an AI-powered triage platform designed to help automate the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients suffering from knee and hip arthritis, raised $315k from the Richard King Mellon Foundation. <source>
One2Treat, a Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium-based tech startup providing a software platform that supports how the patient voice is integrated into clinical development, raised an undisclosed amount from undisclosed investors. <source>
XiFin, a San Diego, CA-based provider of AI-powered solutions spanning revenue cycle management, clinical workflow enablement, laboratory information systems, and patient engagement, raised an undisclosed amount led by Goldman Sachs External Investing Group, with participation from Avista Healthcare Partners and other investors. <source>
