Phil, a San Francisco, CA-based software-driven pharmaceutical commercialization platform, raised $60M from K2 HealthVentures (K2HV). <source>
Neuros Medical, an Aliso Viejo, CA-based developer of a nerve stimulation system for treating intractable, chronic post-amputation pain in adult amputees, raised $56M led by EQT Life Sciences, with participation from US Venture Partners, Osage University Partners, Amzak Health, Aperture Venture Partners, and Sectoral Asset Management. <source>
Vytalize Health, a Hoboken, NJ-based accountable care organization (ACO) that offers tech tools and clinicians to help Medicare-focused primary care groups build reimbursable value-based programs, raised $55M led by Jory Capital. <source>
Tandem Health, a Stockholm, Sweden-based developer of AI-powered clinical documentation tools for NHS staff, raised $50M led by Kinnevik, with participation from Northzone and Amino Collective. <source>
Panacea Financial, a Little Rock, AR-based financial technology company dedicated to providing financial services to doctors and doctors’ practices, raised $37.5M from undisclosed investors. <source>
Welli, a Bogota, Colombia-based fintech that finances medical procedures, raised $25M from undisclosed investors. <source>
MediShout, a London, UK-based dual-sided platform that connects hospitals, suppliers, and patients managing their at-home medical devices, raised £6.6M ($9M) led by Heal Capital, with participation from Nickleby Capital and Meridian Health Ventures. <source>
Novenda Technologies, a Geleen, The Netherlands-based developer of 3D printing technology for dental products, raised €5.2M ($6M) led by Brightlands Venture Partners, with participation from KBC Focus Fund, Borski Fund, Limburg Business Development Fund/LIOF, a group of angel investors, and an Innovation Credit from RVO. <source>
Plexāā, a London, UK-based medtech startup focused on improving surgical outcomes through devices and digital products, raised $4.5M led by TCP Health Ventures. <source>
The Blue Box, a Barcelona, Spain-based developer of AI-powered breast cancer screening technology, raised €3M ($3.5M) led by Unconventional Ventures, with participation from Fund F, Grow Ventures, Hans(wo)man Group, Krups Family Office, and The Spanish Association Against Cancer. <source>
ScienceMachine, a London, UK-based startup building AI agents that transform how biotech and pharma companies analyze data and make discoveries, raised €2.9M ($3.4M) led by Revent and Nucleus Capital, with participation from Juniper and angel investors. <source>
Cobionix, a Kitchener, ON, Canada-based autonomous medical robotics company, raised $3M led by TitletownTech, with participation from Lions Investment, Dr. Paul McBeth, and others. <source>
Solence, a Paris, France-based developer of AI-driven digital therapeutics for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), raised €1.6M ($1.9M) led by Impact Shakers Ventures, with participation from angel investors and BPI France. <source>
Dreampath Diagnostics, a Strasbourg, France-based health tech startup focused on digitizing workflows in anatomical pathology laboratories, raised an undisclosed amount from Summit Partners. <source>
