Abvance Therapeutics, a member of the T1D Moonshot Community, closed its initial seed financing led by Zubi Capital. The biotechnology company develops next-generation glucagon analogs and therapies to prevent hypoglycemia and improve glucose management. <source>

ForSight Robotics, a Yokneam Illit, Israel-based ophthalmic robotic surgery company, raised $125M led by Eclipse, with participation from Dr. Fred Moll, the Adani Group, Reiya Ventures, and other investors. <source>
Neuron23, a San Francisco, CA-based biotech company focused on developing precision medicines for neurological and immunological diseases via an ML- and AI-driven drug discovery and biomarker platform, raised $96.5M led by an undisclosed healthcare investor, with participation from Westlake Village BioPartners, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Redmile Group, Blue Owl, Kleiner Perkins, HBM Healthcare Investments (Cayman) Ltd., and Acorn Bioventures. <source>
Ubie, a Tokyo, Japan- and New York, NY-based AI-driven and medically-vetted healthcare prediction platform that guides patients to the care they need, raised around $65M from Google, Japan Post Capital, NTT Docomo, Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Japan Finance Corporation, and The Shoko Chukin Bank. <source>
Mandolin, a San Francisco, CA-based AI automation platform for specialty drug access, raised $40M from Greylock Partners, SignalFire, Maverick, SV Angel, and individual investors. <source>
EnsoData, a Madison, WI-based company providing AI-powered sleep diagnostics, raised $20M led by Questa Capital. <source>
SuperDial, a developer of voice AI agents to automate high-friction phone calls for healthcare organizations, raised $15M led by SignalFire, with participation from Slow Ventures, Box Group, and Scrub Capital. <source>
Elfie, a New York, NY-based digital health app that rewards people for taking care of their health, raised $12M led by White Star Capital, with participation from LifeX Ventures, Integra Partners, FEBE Ventures, and Hustle Fund. <source>
Handspring, a New York, NY-based mental health provider focused on youth, young adults, and their families through high-quality virtual therapy, raised $12M led by Cobalt Ventures, with participation from NextView Ventures, nvp capital, 25madison, Arkitekt Ventures, VamosVentures, Hyde Park Angels (HPA), Cornucopian Capital, and other investors. <source>
InfinityBio, a Baltimore, MA-based biotech company pioneering technologies to map immune responses at scale, raised $8M led by Illumina Ventures, with participation from PTX Capital, Blackbird BioVentures, and Propel Baltimore Fund. <source>
Lyrebird Health, a Melbourne, Australia-based AI-powered platform that helps transcribe medical notes from doctor-patient conversations, raised A$12M ($7.9M) led by Five V Capital and Octopus Ventures, with participation from Startmate. <source>
Empo Health, a San Bruno, CA-based developer of an at-home monitoring system to help prevent diabetic amputations and reduce healthcare costs for high-risk patients, raised $7M led by Story Ventures, with participation from VTC Ventures, Ulu Ventures, SeaX Ventures, Arben Ventures, and Gaingels. <source>
NiaHealth, a Toronto, ON, Canada-based health tech startup providing end-to-end proactive care, raised $5.75M led Golden Ventures, with participation from Kyle Braatz, Satish Kanwar and Arati Sharma, Jonathan Ehrlich, Zach Coelius, The51 women-focused venture fund, Jason Smith, Kathy Butler, Boris Wertz, ScaleGood Fund, Garage Capital, and Ivan Yuen. <source>
Juniper Genomics, a Toronto, ON, Canada-based health tech company focused on improving the standard of care in IVF, raised $4.6M led by Company Ventures, with participation from Innospark Ventures, MBX Capital, Amboy Street Ventures, Dria Ventures, and Blue Collective. <source>
NexusMD, a Melbourne, Australia-based startup developing AI agents to help hospital staff automate and save time on administrative tasks, raised A$6.3M ($4.1M) from Square Peg. <source>
CalmWave, a Seattle health tech startup working to eliminate unnecessary alarms attached to patients in hospital intensive care units, raised $4.4M led by Third Prime, Bonfire Ventures, Catalyst by Wellstar, and Silver Circle. <source>
LogicFlo, a Boston, MA-based provider of an AI agent platform for life sciences organizations across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech industries, raised $2.7M led by Lightspeed, with participation from other investors. <source>
Nephrolytics, a Chubbuck, ID-based provider of an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform for kidney care, raised $2.5M from undisclosed investors. <source>
Vellum Health, an Austin, TX-based provider of a mobile healthcare platform, raised an undisclosed amount led by FCA Venture Partners, with participation from Green Park & Golf Ventures and angel investors. <source>
