This week's global health innovation funding round-up continues to highlight a surge in investment for AI-powered solutions, with funding for solutions ranging from defibrillator technology and patient journey analytics to virtual platforms for eating disorders and pediatric care.

This week’s reported health innovation funding included:

Lumeris, a St. Louis, MO-headquartered value-based care strategy, technology, and operations company, raised $100M led by Deerfield Management and Endeavor Health, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Sandbox Industries, BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, and JDLinx. <source>

Avive Solutions, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of a connected automated external defibrillator (AED), raised $56.5M led by Questa Capital, Laerdal Million Lives Fund (LMLF), and Catalyst Health Ventures, with participation from RC Capital, Eckuity Capital, and others. <source>

Kontakt.io, a New York, NY-based provider of an AI-driven inpatient journey analytics platform, raised $47.5M led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. <source>

Qoala, a Jakarta, Indonesia-based omnichannel insurtech company, raised $47M led by PayPal Ventures and MassMutual Ventures, with participation from MUFG InnovationPartners, Ohana Holdings, Flourish Ventures, Eurazeo, and AppWorks. <source>

Equip, a San Diego, CA-based vir­tu­al eat­ing dis­or­der treat­ment start­up, raised $35M from undisclosed investors. <source>

AccessHope, a Duarte, CA-based cancer care startup, raised $33M from City of Hope. <source>

iVEAcare, a Roseville, MN-based development stage medical device company, raised $27.5M led by Vensana Capital, with participation from Treo Ventures, Hatteras Venture Partners, and others. <source>

Smart Reporting, a Munich, Germany-based AI-supported digital health solution for structured medical reporting, raised €23M ($24.5M) led by TVM Capital Life Science, with participation from Bayern Kapital and all existing investors. <source>

Summer Health, a New York, NY-based platform to simplify access to pediatric care, raised $11.65M co-led by 7WireVentures and Lux Capital, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Box Group, Metrodora Ventures, and Pivotal Ventures. <source>

Phlo, a Glasgow, UK-based provider of B2B digital pharmacy services, raised £9M ($11.1M) led by Par Equity. <source>

Clarity Pediatrics, a San Francisco, CA-based digital health company offering a virtual pediatric clinic for chronic care, raised $10M led by Rethink Impact, with participation from Homebrew, Maverick Ventures, January Ventures, Vamos Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and Citylight VC. <source>

Auxa Health, a New York, NY-based AI-powered benefit navigation technology solution, raised $5.2M led by Zeal Capital Partners, with participation from AlleyCorp, K50 Ventures, Laconia Capital Group, and Chaac Ventures. <source>

HealthSage, an Amsterdam, the Netherlands-based company that specializes in healthcare delivery and patient pathways with generative AI, raised €3M ($3.2M) led by Peak, with co-investments from Healthy.Capital, Rubio Impact Ventures, and serial health tech entrepreneurs Jaap Maljers and Jeroen Tas. <source>

Ilant Health, a New York, NY-based provider of obesity management and cardiometabolic health solutions, raised $3M from LifeX Ventures, Celtic House Asia Partners, Cornucopian Capital, and existing investors. <source>

Pelvital USA, an Eagan, MN-based women’s health company, raised $2.3M led by Boomerang Ventures, with participation from Pier 70 Ventures, Life Science Angels, Tech Coast Angels Orange County, and Blue Pacific Fund. <source>

HealthKey, a London, UK-based multi-sided platform that connects health and wellbeing providers with health payers, raised £1.13M ($1.4M) led by Aviva Ventures, with participation from Ascension, Oxford Capital, and Cur8 Capital. <source>
